Safe and protected
Cushion chests for the upholstery of Garpa garden furniture, are perfection in form and function. All structural components are made of solid teak. The sides and lid are made of weatherproof laminated wood with a 2.5 mm teak veneer, sealed like the deck of ocean-going yachts. The lock and hinges are made of high-quality brass and stainless steel.

Perfectly ventilated
So that upholstery does not become mildewed, vents in the construction ensure perfect air circulation. Even in a downpour the closed lid is absolutely wind and weatherproof – no moisture can penetrate to the inside of the chest. The chest lid opens and closes smoothly and conveniently, thanks to an integrated gas pressure spring.
Advice on positioning
If possible, cushion chests should be placed in a well-ventilated area with a firm surface. Height adjusters on the feet of the chests level out any unevenness. When moving the chests from their places, ensure that they are raised with a firm hold under the corpus.
